Legally verify the status of every email with Zivver Proof of Delivery solution
Say goodbye to inefficient couriers and fax machines and work efficiently and compliantly with Zivver Proof of Delivery.
Due to legislative requirements, particularly in the legal and healthcare sectors, the use of fax machines and couriers to share sensitive information is still widespread, resulting in inefficient and unreliable processes.
Zivver Proof of Delivery replaces outdated ways of fax and physical mail, working with cost-efficient, speedy email with legally certifiable evidence of delivery and detailed audit logs.
Proof of Delivery provides a timestamped, step-by-step report of events for sensitive emails. From the moment an email is sent, decrypted, and everywhere in between, Zivver Proof of Delivery gives you total visibility of the status of your sensitive emails and files.
Along with our long list of compliance certifications and pedigree within the cyber security space, Zivver Proof of Delivery is an eIDAS Electronic Registered Delivery Service and contains all the necessary information to uphold in the court of law as legal evidence within the EU, UK and other countries with similar legislation.
“Zivver has clearly been developed with the needs of healthcare organizations in mind. We need legal proof of delivery for our emails to the correct recipients, and alternative suppliers lack this functionality. And, of course, user-friendliness had to be optimal. We want to be sure that employees can send information securely with the click of a button, without needing to navigate outside of their email client and Zivver empowers this.”
